2015感悟人生哲理小故事：你的玻璃杯重嗎

　　Put the Glass Down

　　A lecturer was giving a lecture to his students on strees management.

　　He raised a glass of water and asked the audience, “How heavy do you think this glass of water is?”

　　The students’ answers ranged from 20g to 500g.

　　“It does not matter on the absolute weight. It depends on how long you hold it. If I hold it for a monute, it is OK. If I hold it for an hour, I will have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you will have to call an ambulance. It is the exact same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.

　　“What you have to do is to put the glass down, rest for a while before holding it up again.”

　　We have to put down the burden periodically, so that we can be refreshed and are able to carry on.

　　So before you return home from work tonight, put the burden of work down. Don’t carry it back home. You can pick it up tomorrow.

　　Whatever burdens you are having now on your shoulders, let it down for a moment if you can.

　　Life is short, enjoy it!

　　一位老師正在給學(xué)生們講解如何處理壓力。

　　他把一杯水舉起來(lái)，問(wèn)大家：“你們估計(jì)這杯水會(huì)有多重?”

　　學(xué)生們的答案從20克到500克不等。

　　“這杯水的重量其實(shí)由你舉的時(shí)間來(lái)決定，而與它的實(shí)際重量無(wú)關(guān)。我要是舉一分鐘，肯定沒(méi)問(wèn)題;但要是舉一小時(shí)，右臂就會(huì)酸疼;若舉一天，那你們就該叫救護(hù)車了。它的實(shí)際重量并沒(méi)有改變，只是我舉的時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)，就會(huì)覺得它越沉重。

　　“如果我們始終都肩負(fù)擔(dān)子，總有熬不住的時(shí)候，擔(dān)子也變得更加沉重。

　　“你只需放下杯子，歇息一會(huì)兒后再舉起來(lái)。”

　　我們一定要不時(shí)地將負(fù)擔(dān)放下，如此才有利于精力的恢復(fù)，繼續(xù)新的征程。

　　因此，今晚下班回家后，不要再去想工作的事情，不要把工作壓力帶回家。你可以第二天再擔(dān)負(fù)起它。

　　不管你此刻肩負(fù)怎樣的負(fù)擔(dān)，如果可以，就要將其卸下，休息一會(huì)兒。

　　生命暫短，盡情享受吧!
