Its not too late to start from now on if we dont get into the habit when we are young. Now that Ive talked about health, lets take me as an example and tell you a story about my health.
如果我們年輕時(shí)不養成這個(gè)習慣，從現在開(kāi)始還不算太晚。既然我已經(jīng)談到了健康，讓我們以我為例，告訴你一個(gè)關(guān)于我健康的故事。
Thats when I just remember. One day, it was sunny and hot. I was chasing and playing with some of my friends in the playground of the park. We had a good time. Time is running by and we have a lot of sweat on our bodies, but we have no intention of stopping at all.
那時(shí)我才記起。一天，陽(yáng)光明媚，天氣炎熱。我在公園的操場(chǎng)上和我的一些朋友追逐玩耍。我們玩得很開(kāi)心。時(shí)間在流逝，我們身上有很多汗水，但我們根本不打算停下來(lái)。
It wasnt until late evening that we were followed home by our family. After returning home in the evening, my mother cooked hot water for me, and one asked me to go home for a bath. But I didnt respond. I sat on the sofa at home and stared at the TV in the living room. Mom saw me and I didnt respond to her, so she walked out of the bathroom and came to my eyes.
直到深夜我們才被家人跟蹤回家。晚上回家后，媽媽給我煮了熱水，其中一個(gè)讓我回家洗澡。但我沒(méi)有回應。我坐在家里的沙發(fā)上，盯著(zhù)客廳里的電視。媽媽看到我，我沒(méi)有回應她，于是她走出浴室，來(lái)到我的眼前。
Mom looked at me and asked me to take a bath again, but I mumbled and didnt respond. Finally, my mother said, today, your friends are playing. They are sweating a lot. They have to take a bath tonight. We need to be clean. My mothers words didnt move me who was always stubborn. I replied to my mother, I think Im clean. Its OK not to take a bath today. In the afternoon, but you said you were sweating. Mom said that, then turned around and went to the bedroom, then took out a small mirror, look, the sweat on your hair hasnt dried yet? I stopped talking at once. My mother crouched down to me and said, we should be clean and hygienic in our life, so that our bodies will be healthier. Later, I was talked about by my mother, and then I went to the bathroom to take a bath.
媽媽看著(zhù)我，讓我再洗一次澡，但我咕噥著(zhù)沒(méi)有回應。最后，我媽媽說(shuō)：今天，你的朋友們在玩。他們出汗很多。他們今晚得洗澡。我們需要保持干凈。我母親的話(huà)并沒(méi)有打動(dòng)我，因為我一直很固執。我對媽媽說(shuō)：我想我是清白的。今天不洗澡沒(méi)關(guān)系。下午，你說(shuō)你出汗了。媽媽說(shuō)，然后轉身去臥室，拿出一面小鏡子，看，你頭發(fā)上的'汗還沒(méi)干？我立刻就不說(shuō)話(huà)了。媽媽蹲下來(lái)對我說(shuō)：我們應該保持生活的清潔衛生，這樣我們的身體才會(huì )更健康。后來(lái)，媽媽談起我，我就去了浴室洗澡。
Up to now, I have always remembered my mothers saying that we should be clean and hygienic in our life, which is also responsible for our own health. How many people in our lives are sick because they dont pay attention to health.
到目前為止，我一直記得我母親說(shuō)過(guò)的話(huà)，我們應該在我們的生活中清潔和衛生，這也是對我們自己的健康負責。我們生活中有多少人因為不注意健康而生病。
