首先，就社會現(xiàn)狀而言，當今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發(fā)展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向于母性化。所以，大力發(fā)展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項非常重要的'工作。另外，我對幼教行業(yè)具有很大的興趣。
