　　讓我們一起去超市買點兒菜回來吧

　　AMom, where are you going?

　　媽媽，你要去哪里?

　　BI am going to buy some food to cook for supper.

　　我正要去買菜做晚飯。

　　AGood. I wanna come with you.

　　太好了，我想和你一起去。

　　BHow strange! Our little emperor now asks to help out with shopping.

　　真奇怪!我們家的小皇帝主動要求去買菜。

　　AWe learnt about vegetables and meat at school. But I never see the real thing.

　　我們在學校里學了很多有關蔬菜和肉的知識，但是很多我從沒見過。

　　BWow, that's something new. Let's go! What's this, honey?

　　哦，真新鮮。那我們出發(fā)吧!知道這是什么嗎，寶貝?

　　AEr, is it cabbage?

　　呃，是卷心菜嗎?

　　BCabbage? Is that what they teach at school now? OK, honey, it's spinage.

　　卷心菜?這就是現(xiàn)在學校教的東西嗎?好了，孩子，這是菠菜。

　　AYeah, I know, this is Popeye's favorite food.

　　哦，我知道了，原來這就是大力水手最喜歡的食物呀!

　　BThere we go.

　　我們走吧。

　　AMom, come here. I know this, it is carrot, am I right?

　　媽媽，來這邊。我認識這個，是胡蘿卜，對嗎?

　　BBingo! It's dark outside, Let's hurry up.

　　AExcuse me, how much is the spinage?

　　請問，菠菜怎么賣?

　　B3 Yuan per kilogram.

　　每公斤三塊錢。

　　AThat's too expensive. What about the carrots?

　　太貴了。胡蘿卜怎么賣?

　　BThe same.

　　一樣的價錢。

　　AHow about 2.5 yuan a kilogram? I come here all the time.

　　兩塊五一斤怎么樣啊?我總是來你這里買菜呢。

　　BCome on. I'm out on a limb here. How much do you want?

　　別呀!您總不能讓我虧本吧。您想買多少呢?

　　ATwo kilograms of carrots and one kilogram of spinage.

　　兩公斤的胡蘿卜和一公斤菠菜。

　　BAll right, all right. Sold. Goes for 7.5 Yuan.Here is your change.

　　好吧，賣您了。一共七塊五。找您零錢

　　ADaniel, would you like some beef for supper?

　　丹尼爾，你晚飯想吃牛肉嗎?

　　BCool! I like beef. And I try to be stronger than Popeye.

　　太好了。我喜歡牛肉。我要變得比大力水手更強壯

　　ASure, honey. But you are going to buy it by yourself.

　　當然可以了，孩子。但是你要自己去買牛肉。

　　BExcuse me. How much is the beef?

　　請問，這個牛肉怎么賣?

　　ASorry kid, it's pork. We sold out all the beef.

　　小朋友，這是豬肉。牛肉已經(jīng)全部賣完了。

　　BThat's a shame, thanks anyway.

　　太可惜了，但還是謝謝您。
