一、more than超過(guò)，不僅僅

He is more than fifty. 他五十多歲了。
This film is more than a film, and it's also a good material for education. 這場(chǎng)電影不僅僅是一場(chǎng)電影，它還是一個(gè)好的教育材料。
【知識(shí)串聯(lián)】 1. no more than僅僅，含有嫌少之意；并不比......多，和......一樣少。
He has little knowledge. His education was no more than one year. 他知識(shí)貧乏，所受的教育僅有一年。
I can understand no more than you. 我懂的并不比你多。
2. not more than不超過(guò)。
He is not more than thirty. 他不超過(guò)三十歲。
二、be able to能夠
【考點(diǎn)說(shuō)明】該句型往往強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)過(guò)克服困難之后終于能做某事，帶有強(qiáng)烈的感情色彩，可用于各種時(shí)態(tài)。
After ten years of war, people were able to enjoy peace. 十年戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)之后，人們終于能夠享受到和平了。

【知識(shí)串聯(lián)】can也可以表示能夠，但沒有be able to那么強(qiáng)烈的感情色彩，它只有一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和一般過(guò)去時(shí)。
I can drive a bus now, but I couldn't ten years ago. 我現(xiàn)在會(huì)開車，但十年前不會(huì)。
三、be used for用于
